Recently, the annual output of 3,000 tons of alumina special ceramic composite materials industrialization project in Yaozhou kiln culture base industrial ceramics industrial park formally put into production, marking China's ceramics industry in the road of innovation and development has taken an important step. The project is led by Shaanxi Aohua Porcelain Technology Co., Ltd, with a total investment of 40 million yuan, aims to enhance the performance and yield of ceramic products through the use of intelligent, green equipment, to meet the aerospace, high-speed rail, new energy vehicles and other fields of high-performance ceramic materials needs.

Alumina ceramics is a kind of ceramic material with alumina (Al₂O₃) as the main body, which is widely used in modern industry because of its excellent conductivity, mechanical strength and high temperature resistance. The alumina special ceramic composite materials project put into production this time not only inherits the excellent characteristics of traditional ceramics, but also realizes the significant improvement of product performance through technological innovation and process upgrading. The project has 6 production lines of alumina ceramic tube and shell for fuses, and the main products include ceramic tubes for fuses, ceramic substrates for wirewound resistors, ceramic shells for low-power safeties, etc., which are widely used in many fields such as rail transportation, aerospace, and electric power industry.

It is understood that the alumina ceramic products in this project adopt advanced production technology and strict quality control standards. In the powder preparation stage, the purity and particle size distribution of the powder material is ensured through ultra-fine crushing and uniform mixing; in the molding process, various molding methods such as dry pressing, slurrying and extruding are used to meet the demand for products with different shapes, sizes and accuracies; and in the sintering stage, high-temperature sintering is carried out by using an electric furnace to densify the ceramic billet and to form a solid solid material.

Ji Juncheng, general manager of Shaanxi Aohua Porcelain Technology Co., Ltd. said that the project has been planned since June last year, and after just a few months of preparation and trial production, it has already realized a full-load production state, with a monthly production capacity of more than 5 million yuan. At present, the company has successfully exported 25% of its products to the United States, France, Mexico, India and other countries, and it is expected that in the next five years, the export business will account for about 50% of the company's sales revenue.

In addition, the project has driven local employment and economic development. Gao Xiaolei, deputy general manager of the company, introduced that most of the workers of the project are recruited locally from Tongchuan, who work in the factory during the day and go home at night, which not only solves the problem of employment, but also promotes the harmony of the family. At the same time, the construction of the project has also received strong support from the Tongchuan Municipal Government and the Yaosu Kiln Culture Base Management Committee, which has ensured the smooth implementation of the project and rapid commissioning by providing preferential policies and precise services.

With an annual output of 3,000 tons of alumina ceramics project put into production, Yaozhou kiln culture base of the ceramic industry will usher in new opportunities for development. As the main carrier of advanced ceramic industry, Yaozhou kiln culture base has built a number of industrial incubation bases, attracted a number of advanced ceramic enterprises, including Shaanxi Aohua Porcelain Technology Co.
